Great sound but not great connectivity

I love the sound from the Bose Flex, when it's connected to my phone with the Bose Android app. However, whenever I connect the Bose Flex to another device, for instance, my TV, the volume is very low. I cannot get adequate volume on the Bose Flex without the Bose app. I have not been able to find a solution to this. It severely limits the ways I can use the Bose Flex. That is a huge disappointment.

Mildly disappointed

Bought the speaker 3 weeks ago and use the speaker daily. Live the sound quality as always from Bose products. What has me disappointed is the battery life. After around 4 hours my battery begins getting low and says it needs to be charged. I bought the speaker for two reasons the sound quality and battery life. Battery life on other Bose speakers I’ve had have been great. Not so much with this one.

We understand that you're disappointed in the battery life of the speaker. We expect the battery life on the Flex to last up to 12 hours as typical listening volumes. Though if you use the speaker near the maximum volume on a regular basis that will reduce the battery life quite abit. If you lower the volume level you can expect the battery to last longer during use.
