Great sound!

For a speaker this size, it has the best sound beyond compare. I tried the Beats speaker which sounded good but this thing is the ultimate. Beautiful rich bass and clarity even at high volume. Easy to set up and operate.

The Bluetooth should reconnect automatically if i am playing music. I receive a call. Hang up. Takes forever to reconnect to Bluetooth

Packs powerful punch for such a small size

I bought this on a whim actually. I use this at work, and I already had a different speaker at the time. This thing is 1/4 the size and is louder, deeper and has just that overall richer sound that you know that Bose has.
My only complaint would be with the store I bought it at. They only had white (I work in a maintenance shop) so keeping it clean is a full time job. (That would be the only mark downs for the stars below)

Perfect Portable Bluetooth Speaker!

I've owned this speaker a month now and it is beyond astounding! I'm an audiophile and I take sound quality very seriously. Bose absolutely delivers with the Flex! The sound from this speaker can't be described accurately, it MUST be heard! Crisp, clear, and accurate tones across all spectrums, even at high volume. And this speaker can go LOUD for its size. And bass? "No bass Bose" used to be a common phrase. No more people! The bass from a speaker of this size mystifies me. It is deep, powerful, and clear. Again, it has to be heard to be believed. Just incredible sound! And no, you won't get the 12 hours play time at high volume. That's okay. You WILL get 7-8 hours of astounding sound quality, which is well worth it. This speaker is golden. As a matter of fact, I'm purchasing another to pair them. GREAT job Bose!!!

Best Bluetooth speaker

This has been my. 3rd bluetooth speaker as of recent. I bought the expensive Sonos BT speaker which sounded fantastic at lower volumes, but once turned up, it flattened out and became distorted. Returned that. Then the Ultimate Ears Megaboom 3. Sounded great, but too much bass, terrible mid and high range. Returned. Then onto JBL Extreme 2...awful sound, the worst of all of them. In my frustration, the Bose Soundlink Flex was my last resort, not expecting much as it was less expensive than all the other speakers I've tried. The sound from this speaker is amazing! Great bass, not overpowering, and the mid and highs are super crisp and hold up when volume is turned up. Trust me on this, this is the best BT speaker and at a fraction of the price of the others. I love it so much, I bought a second one yesterday!

Great Portable Speaker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family love these little speakers. They are made compact in order to be portable yet the sound coming from them is impressive. We tend to use them outdoors at games and the beach and although there is a lot of background noise since we are outdoors the sound quality is not impacted. This is our second Bose speaker and we cannot say anything bad about either. So far they have been reliable and have exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

Big sound, small speaker

I’m amazed by the sound that comes out of this speaker. Bass is very present despite the size. Treble is clear, and the miss are center stage. I’m pleased with this purchase. I recently used it at a small gathering and some were trying to figure out where all the music was coming from and we’re surprised that it was coming from this small box on the shelf. You won’t be disappointed.
