I have had the soundlink color 2 and the micro for a while and have been impressed with the quality. The Soundlink Flex has even better sound quality and I am very happy with it.

This is an awesome small travel speaker! Great sound & very durable. Definitely waterproof because I dropped it in the hottub & also knocked it off on the concrete floor without any damage done to it, not even a scratch!

Great Sound on the Go

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we first unboxed the Bose Soundlink Flex we couldn’t believe the size. Maybe we were expecting a speaker a little bigger but we were in for a surprise. The sound quality is amazing! We love to link the speaker to our phones and take it outside to sit on the patio, hot tub or fire pit. It accidentally even feel in the pool and the sound quality was not effected. We have really enjoyed the quality of the sound and the ease of carrying it around. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.

Great Sound On The Go

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are a flood of Bluetooth speakers on the market today. Many just amplify a treble-heavy sound, but not the Bose Soundlink Flex. Bose has always been known to produce great sound in a compact format and this speaker is no exception. The EQ on this speaker is a perfect balance of bass and treble with crystal clear vocals. I found that it provides the sound mix of a two-speaker setup. The first time I used this speaker, I attached a clip to the speaker and hung it on the fence at my son's baseball game. We listened to music during the warmups and the kids loved it. Not sure if this is connected or not, but the kids played their best game up to that point in the season...so thank you Bose! The speaker is also great for doing work in the front yard and for creating a great atmosphere when hanging out with the kids and our neighbors outside. The speaker offers a good range of sound without having all of my neighbors be annoyed by my music choices. The speaker is very easy to set up, but please know that you will need to download the Bose Connect App. Once you have setup the speaker, you don't really need to use the app again to use the speaker. The app actually gives you the ability to pair your Soundlink speaker to another Soundlink speaker in Party Mode. You can also turn on or off the voice prompt and change the language (which is fun) and set an auto-off timer to help save battery if you are concerned with that. The speaker is rated to have a 12-hour battery life, and while I haven't fully tested that out, I would say that I experienced a 10% drop off in the first hour, but then it evened out so I feel like it could easily last for 12 hours. However, if this is a concern for you, the USB-C port allows the speaker to charge very quickly. The Bluetooth range is average to slightly above-average. but not amazing. It seems to work about 30-40 feet before the sound starts to break up. Overall this speaker is incredibly sturdy and provides amazing sound quality. It is portable and easy to take anywhere you want to go. It is a great choice for a Bluetooth speaker and Bose has once again created a great companion to your music collection! I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.

Have used this niw many times indoors and out. Sound quality far surpasses anything else in that price range and definitely head and shoulders above those cheaper.
Only thing I wish it had was a switch to roll back the bass a bit in some situations. But the bass is nice for such a small speaker! That's the reason I bought it! The blue color is a nice change to the basic black.
