I have been trying to return this item because I don’t like the way it feels. It’s very well made, looks great and is sturdy, but I’m just not a fan of the texture on the grips. My hands slip and are too small for the grips. I’ve been reaching out to the team to return the product t and nobody will get back to me. Very disappointing.
Anything I do has the left joycon shell and grip coming off. Can't pick it up from the joycon or the shell comes off and my switch falls to the ground. Even if I grab it elsewhere and can start playing, if I use any motion of turning the handheld switch, the shell pops off. Tried to see if it was a me/my switch issue but happens to my spouse and their switch as well. I've like all of the other Genki gear we've bought but this was a complete failure.
Case works as expected, though the sizes of grip offered done have a great option for my hands. the large one is too big and the smaller one is too small to be comfortable. Need something more in the middle as an option.
Mostly great but a little loose fitting and difficult to change trips

This case and removable grips are mostly as advertised and are sleek and thin enough to still dock your Switch 2. The feel with the grips is mostly great except that the Jot-Cons shake/wiggle a bit when using it in handheld mode. And maybe I'm not getting something but I find it super difficult and tedious to swap the grips on and off. They have to be aligned absolutely perfectly and put on with the exact right amount of force. I am still glad I purchased this, but I was expecting a much more snug fit and seamless process to swap the grips like a DBrand case. For the price (even with the Cyber Monday discount) I must say this has too many compromises.
This case reminds me of “the talk” my father had with me as I was becoming a man. He said use protection because not using it could lead to tragedy if you don’t. And this case if in stalled properly is the best kind of protection for your switch 2. My only complaint is that there isn’t an accompanying case for it.
Its is a decent attachment. I waited a month to get it after being told there was stock in the warehouse a week or two after purchase. I only received notice my order was mailed after I requested a return of my purchase. The case itself falls off the joycons almost everytime I use the switch 2 in handheld form. The case fitting the dock is great and the use of the kick stand is also a very solid addition. The case feels flimsy and I have not dropped my switch 2 nor do I plan too but I dont feel there will be much care from a drop with how thin the case is. The handles are well molded and fits great to stop the fatigue on my wrists. The style is nice as it is sleek and matte black like the switch 2 itself. The travel cover saves the need for a case but with the case falling off the joycons like I stated previously, is there really protection with that on? I use my hand helds often and on trips to the hospital and when I have to travel for surgeries. I am battling stage 4 cancer and just want to know what I purchase is truly protecting the device its purchased for. I would give this a higher rating in stars if there was better protection with the case on.
