Great quality case, but not snug enough

Love the case’s look and feel. Good quality, but not snug enough. I can still hear it moving around. Durable exterior provides good drop protection, but the lack of snugness is a concern. Overall, a good, high-quality case.

Unbelievable

I have never had a case break on me within one day, but this one managed to do so. I put my switch 2 in the new case, zipped it up, and when I went to take it put, the zipper got stuck. It was so stuck I had to rip apart the case to get my console out of the case. I also reached out to genki about it, but never got a response. I hope this issue gets fixed because I'm guessing a ton of other people bought the case for their new switch 2 as well, only to have it break less than 24 hours later.

The zipper WILL break

I knew the overly tight recessed zipper would be a failure point when I reveived this case, and sure enough, after two weeks, it failed to zip correctly and the only way to remove my Switch 2 was to physically rip the case open. Absolutely not worth the money.

The zipper WILL break

When I received this case it was immediately obvious to me that the recessed zipper would be its fatal flaw. There is not enough space/give for it to function correctly and I was having trouble zipping the case closed out of the box. Sure enough, within just a few days, the zipper broke and I was forced to rip the case open, rendering it useless. Do not buy until this flaw is fixed.

Zipper Issues

The zipper is so hard to open, it’s ripping off the case itself. Also there is a little bit of extra room inside the case, so the switch moves around inside. A strap to hold the switch in place would help with the issue.

Durable but not a good fit

The case is durable, as advertised, but the Switch 2 doesn’t sit still inside. It wobbles around, has room to jiggle a bit. The zipper isn’t great but Genki is fixing that.

Zipper stinks

The case feels nice, has plenty of card slots, and even has grooves for the Switch 2, so I can't fault it there - but the zipper is awful. Its teeth are incredibly tiny, and will break on the corners incredibly easy. I preordered this item following a review from a convention previewing this new case right before the console released, and within 1 day of use, the zipper was permanently broken - it snapped open at the corner, refused to zip backwards, and the rest quickly came undone. I couldn't get it back to the state it was supposed to be in no matter how I tried, and I'll need to return it. If the zipper was any different zipper, this would probably be a great product.
