We're sorry the battery life has not met your expectations. Check Battery settings for high-usage apps, install available updates, reduce background activity, and enable Battery Saver. If the issue continues, please DM @ATTHelp with your device and account details for faster troubleshooting and resolution.

I've had many iPads over many years with AT&T and always feel like I've gotten a good deal on the finest tablet on the market. I don't get every new model, upgrading every three years or so. Each new tablet has represented a significant jump in features and performance. The costs also remain reasonable for the models I like. Apple continues to impress me with hardware and AT&T continues to provide good services for my needs.
