Poor quality product

We purchased this bed on March 13th. It was supposed to be delivered on March 20th, however it was delivered over a week late, on the 27th.
The quality is just terrible. It looks cheap and will not last. The wooden slats are not polished or sanded. I got several splinters while assembling the bed. While hand tightening the bolts, one of them split a frame post, quite visibly, and it may impact the structural stability of the bed.
The trundle (which is the lower pull out bed), is not attached to the upper part, and its hard to maneuver into place without scratching the posts. It actually doesn't have a frame. It has an unfinished piece of plywood on one side and a white front. The structure is then held together by the slats. No frame. Just slats screwed into two pieces of wood. Next are the rollers. Really tiny dinky rollers, and there are 4 of them, with nothing to support the weight in the middle. They came attached to pieces of MDF, which is them screwed into the.... yes... slats! Thin slats. This will last exactly 1 sleepover, after which I expect it will break. Save yourself the trouble, do not buy.
