Great Computer, bad USB port build

Bought this computer a month ago for a great cyber monday deal and have been rather pleased with the results so far.
+The computer makes absolutely 0 noise
+Games and other software run very smoothly
++Played lower FPS games on it so far like WoW, Starcraft, planet coaster, etc.
++DAW software runs very well
+Can customize the fan colors
+Comes with a nice keyboard and mouse

-USB ports were fine when opening box, but after 1 use, they became faulty and unusable, even with very careful extraction and insertion. Started with about 10 USB ports, now about only 3 work or allow something to plug in :( :( :(
I would recommend this to a friend!

PC runs great, plays most games smoothly, and looks awesome with the RGB lights. Setup was super easy, just plug it in and go.
That said, shipping took longer than expected, and the power supply feels kinda cheap. Also had an issue with a noisy fan, but support was slow to respond. Not a dealbreaker, but kinda annoying.
I would recommend this to a friend!
