I got computer paper. I got TruRed. It's a bit on the thin side. Not substantial weight, but for everyday printing it's ok

this has got to be to poorest quality of packaging i have ever encountered as a customer of staples. i literally had 6 cases of paper and had to undue 75% of the packaging because everything was either missing, bent, torn apart or taped with NO lid. totally inexcusable. I expect better quality from you guys especially since i've been a loyal customer for along time. Please do a BETTER JOB NEXT TIME!!
This is good mid-range paper between the cheaper paper which tends to jamb the printer and the more expensive paper which though very good can be high priced. I have been using this 20 pound 96 brightness paper for years with good result. I like the 96 brightness better than the 92 brightness. I use it with my HP black and white laser printer (my printer does not print in color.)
