I love this paper because of how bright it is. It is still only 20 lb paper but it looks and feels like high quality paper due to the bright white nature of the paper. I bought the 5 pack because it is less than a full box but plenty of paper for our household and still several reams to donate to our son's school. It came with a 17.00 rebate offer making to a good deal in the end. It is wrapped in sturdy plastic to protect the paper even thought it does not come in a box. I also use my staples reward number to get credit and get money back later making the paper a very good value.

I have been buying Staples paper for my inkjet and toner-based copiers for years. It used to come in an 89 ot 90 brightness....a little drab for my taste. But now it is rated at 96 brightness which makes my copies look great! Also the paper has never jammed in my copier which is important to me. It will occasionally misfeed (double feed) if the guides are not aligned properly...after all it's only 20 lb. paper. But that's to be expected. If you are careful putting a stack into the paper feed/drawer you should have no problems. In act I often print 2-sided and it works great in my copier and looks great too....with no bleed-through of the printing form the back side. There are times that I would prefer a heavier-weight paper such as 24 lb....or paper with a silkier feel and etter-quallity finish. But for the price I can't complain with the quality. When the 5-ream or 1-ream case is on sale or with rebate nobody can beat the price.
