Convenience is the key

Paper is paper right? well yes but the reason I like this particular product is how the paper is packaged. It is more than one ream but less than 12. It is the perfect size for me. I have a home office and I use a lot of paper for my printer but not so much that I want to buy a whole 12/case or more. For my small office I need the space but I do not want to have to run to the store too often either. Having an "in-between" choice is great! In this case the packaging makes all the difference for me. Wait well after rebate the price was another great reason to buy it at staples.

Staples Multipurpose Paper 2500 sheets

I regularly shop the Staples sales to save money for my firm. We have been using the larger 10-ream cases for years and they have performed well for us in our copier printers and fax machine. Since you can usually save even more "in store" on paper I do stop by a Staples store and usually need a clerk to bring the case to my car. The 5-ream packs are just perfect. The in-store sales and rebates are also great on these and I can manage them myself. They take up less space. They are easier to transport. And the paper is of the same quality that we have depended upon for years now.
