The subject paper has always been our favorite so nothing is new for us on this purchase. What is different (I've been meaning to write to someone...and I have mentioned it to the in-store team) is your use of "True Red Color Printer Paper" labeling of this product. It is confusing and has evidently been so for other in-store purchasers as well. It appears to tell the shopper this is RED COLOR PRINTING PAPER. Having worked in marketing for almost 50 years (my day job) and taught strategic marketing to MBA candidates in the evenings during 25 of those 50 years (my part-time job) I can offer you an experienced opinion that your labeling is confusing to first-time shoppers. Those of us who are experienced look for the 20lb/96bright designation. Nowhere on your product packaging information does it say "white" paper stock and after several brief discussions with your in-store associates I'm not the first person to ask questions. Thanks for "listening"...
