A PAPER PROBLEM FIXED

I ordered two cases of Staples multipurpose paper. When the driver delivered them one of the case was damage on top and on the side approximately two reams where damage. The driver noted it before I signed for them. I called customer service and they sent me out the two replacement reams. Using the paper I had no problems. Staples has a great Customer Service Team.

Good and bright for most document needs

These pages work well most of the time. Because they are thin when printing duplex with graphics using inket (HP 8630) the ink tends to be visible through the other side. For mostly text documents this is not a problem.

Caught this on sale. I stock up on this paper when I can because I do a lot of work at home. Very satisfied with product 20 lb paper brightness of 96 gives you a good look for almost all work.
