What a Great Price!

I recently purchased a case of Staples white MultiPurpose Paper a brand that I have bought for several years. I have successfully used this paper for copying and printing without any difficulty or problems. Even though it wasn't quite time for me to purchase more paper for my small Home Health Nursing Care Company the great sale price enticed me to purchase the case of Staples paper ahead of my usual schedule. The sturdy box was already loaded into a cart so I didn't have to lift it and a very respectful young man placed it in my car.

Slow slow and slower

Not next day delivery as promised but over a week to have an on-line order delivered and there is still no explanation as to why it took so long for a simply order to be completed.

Not 100% happy with this delivery

The carton was all taped up. I was afraid to open it thinking that the copy paper was mangled. Actually the paper was ok and undamaged but the ends of 9 of the 10 individual reams were partially shredded making taking out each ream from the box meant having to be very careful that the copy paper wouldn't fall out. I have never had this happen before either with the Staples brand of paper or any other brand. I like to reuse the cartons but this one will have to be tossed due to all the tape. The delivery was on the correct date so I was happy about that. I usually buy the Hammerhill 10 pack when on sale.
