Quality has dropped

This has always been my go-to paper for all my office needs from accounting reports to invoicing. Unfortunately I have noticed over the past 6 or so months that the quality of the paper has changed for the worse. The paper is now so thin and splotchy that I am embarrassed to use it. It no longer presents a professional look. I will be going to another brand for my business printing.

Box of paper had been damaged by carrier. I reported the problem to Staples. They immediately sent a replacement box of paper. Good job Staples!
