We are a private healthcare facility and use multipurpose paper for sending and receiving faxes printing documents email and internet correspondence and billing our patients/clients as well as for formal letters and reports to other professionals/colleagues. We have always used 20 lb. 96 bright paper suitable for all our office business machines. Staples brand paper (20 lb. 96 Bright) is inferior to the brand name we usually buy and is not sufficiently lower in price to be worth the compromise of better looking documents. We would only have incentive to buy it again if the price were dramatically lower than our usual brand name paper and then we would use it only for the faxes we receive (as these are often shredded anyway) and not for documents that are to be kept on file or for correspondence with other professionals and clients.
