The paper is OK but can't get the rebate

I like this paper for general printing but was enticed to buy a whole box because of the generous rebate. Got my receipt on line clicked the rebate link kept trying to get into the site with my username and password--and it kept rejecting it and resending me back to the empty input box. The password has always worked before; I have it written down here at home. There wasn't even an option for getting a notification if I had "lost my password." I don't know what's wrong or what to do next.

I believe this paper is a cut above the others on the market. It has a higher brightness rating; has not jammed; and has the feel of being thicker.

I buy all my supplies at Staples and they are always helpful during my shopping in their store. If I can't find an item I normally don't have to wait long before an associate will passing by and ask if I need help. The local store also has coupons sitting on the table when entering the store and I can save lots of money by using these coupons. The store employees have also suggested that if the store doesn't have something in stock that they will gladly order the items for me and it is delivered to my door! GREAT PLACE TO GET ALL YOUR SUPPLIES!

We use Staples Multipurpose Copy Paper for everything. We have three locations and I try to buy it for every locations. There have been a few times when some other paper was on sale so I have purchased a few cases. But almost always someone will notice the difference in color or performance. Sometimes other paper has even jammed our copiers or fax machines. We will continue to purchase this paper as long as it is available.
