I've this paper because it is made well. I love the brightness and it works well with my HP printer. I have used othe brands and have experienced many paper jams! With this paper - no paper jams! I highly recommend it.

Quality Control Old Boxes from Warehouse

I received two boxes of the three that I expected. Both Boxes of Paper were in very bad condition. I have never seen such quality from Staples in all of the years I have been with your company. I called to request that the two boxes of bad paper be returned and that three new boxes of paper in new condition be sent instead. I hope to receive the 3 boxes in good condition today. Two UPS delivered the two boxes and they stated that the third box did not appear to be in their truck. Was there a warehouse or store in La Mirada that closed or something. There was a label on the toner indicating the origination of La Mirada Ca. This quality is not up to Staples reputation. I was disapointed.
