The paper arrived in a used carton that was slit open and at least two of the reams of paper are open and damaged. Returning which is a problem in itself due to the weight. Will not order from Staples again. I've never received this dreadful service in the past!

These papers are a very good quality and I usually order them together with other products in order to get the free shipping. The sahipping is unbelivable- I placed my order in mid afternoon and the package arrived the NEXT DAY ! What is important to know when buying copy paper is that "Cheapest" is not the best deal because much of the cheaper papers act like an ink blotter and suck up a lot of printer ink so that what you think you are saving on paper you wind up spending much more in printer cartridge refills. On this last order I got an $18.00 rebate
