This was on sale and was shipped to me. The paper arrived in bad condition--had to dispose of a lot of it. All packs were open or torn. Box was in poor shape. Then as part of the sale I had to fill out a form on-line to get a rebate debit card. Then got a email from Staples saying what I purchased was not eligible. Not according to the receipt and wrote them. Came back with some flimsy excuse but did say they were going to send the card. My time is worth more than the rebate. My first real experience with Staples and will be my last. It is a case of ethics and they did not perform in that area.

The paper itself is usually fine but every time we have it shipped it comes damaged. The box is broken apart and some of the paper is not usable.

This product is great! Love the fact that it was on sale. There was no question about getting it at this time. We are a not for profit organization so this kind of deal really helps with our limited budget. We are in the process of putting out a formal newsletter that not only will be sent to members and those interested in our organization but in key spots around the surrounding communities as well. Buying this paper at this time will help save on costs as we try to get more people interested in our efforts for Letchworth State Park!

Great paper for an affordable price! This paper performs like the more expensive papers on the market. The brightness and weight is perfect for office document production. Ease of use in copy machines matches or exceeds more expensive brands. I have never experienced jamming issues.
