Paper is ok rebate is one star-

Paper is paper what can you say? However the easy rebate stinks. I have been to the store twice to get this straightened out and still no rebate. The online easy rebate stinks. I believe the problem is the reciept given to me at the store. the rebate slip was not there I was told that all the information I needed was there. It didn't work went back to the store and they told me the rebate offer number was on the paper printed out and given to me by the manager. Submitted the easy rebate and the email I received said it was incorrect. Did not say what information. I am ready to take the paper back for a refund. I am ready to buy my supplies elsewhere this is too big a hassle. I know one unhappy customer will not affect your store but is affecting me.

Staples was running a deal on this paper that was too good to pass up. We ended up paying a ridiculously low price after the online instant rebate. It is a really good idea to follow the Staples instant rebate offers. They are usually really good.
