No rebate- no customer service!!

Was supposed to get $35 rebate- when I checked easy rebates online MIT said it had been processed- I contacted customer service and never heard back- not happy

Comparatively good price and the rebate was EZ to do ONLINE and RIGHT AWAY! Each ream of paper has the STAPLES LOGO and I would assume that they would not put their name on a inferior product. With the FREE SHIPPING the REBATE my REWARD POINTS and a COUPON I was able to SAVE A BUNDLE and the SHIPPING WAS FAST! VERY SATISFIED!!!
