Placed online order for one hour pickup which was then cancelled by staples for some unknown reason when I went to pick it up. Had to go all the way back home to print the conformation page and the form of payment used. Still wasnt able to pick up the item since it was still showing as cancelled even though the charge was on my account. Then had to repurchase in store at a different price from the online price and over a week later still showing the charge on my account that I was assured would be reversed. In all a pretty poor experience and pretty disappointing in the lack of cohesion between the store and online service.
