This was indeed paper. It was packed in bundles. It seems like a reasonable price and because it was delivered I didn't have to carry it very far. As paper goes this was nice paper!

Staples Multipurpose Paper

This is a big box of paper that lasts a long time so I do not have to remember to buy paper for awhile. It prints very well and never jams. The paper is good quality just the right thickness. My daughter uses it to print pictures. I use it to print my coupons and they have always worked at the store. The bar codes print out well on this paper so there is never any trouble redeming the coupons. It also looks nice for printing important paperwork. The sheets fold nicely for mailing and have never been damaged. This is the best paper I have used.
