Staples Multipurpose Paper Cases

I got 3 cases delivered to my place a day late than expected which is fine with me but they were left at my doorstop without having me to sign as I was at home that day. No door rang at all. Anyone could have stealing them. And one box is torn at two corners at the bottom as if they were burst. And when I had friends over I was bragging about how much I had saved money using rebates and wanted to give them each ream since I have too many but I was embarrassed after opening the case to find out that ALL ream covers from that box are torn at the edges. The covers are all white and plain as if they were not sold in stores. At least papers were not affected but hard to stack up in ream covers neatly on shelf because of torn covers. I have opened the other case and all reams are fine but I did not open the third case as I believe the reams are okay. Not sure whose fault about the first case....the ups driver or the warehouse..

I have always used staples multipurpose paper because it never jams and helps me to keep my copier in good working mode so I never spend a penny in costly copier repair.

The box the paper come in was damaged. Some of the wrapper on the paper was torn but the paper was fine. So to me that is not an issue.
