Great sales and service

Great service. The technician who worked with me has a great attitude and took care of my computer in an efficient manner. He called when it was done and shared with me what he done and the ultimate results I will experience due to the work done. I use the Colorado Springs store on Garden of the Gods. I am often greeted by Kate who calls me by name and if she is free comes to me and asks how she can help. She does this with a smile and a willingness to be the best there is. Kate has been there for at least 4 years and is the wife of an Army soldier in Colorado Springs. I know that her husband is deployed which might give her reason to not be as excited about life as might be imagined. But she takes the high road and turns what might be the downtrodden and turns it into excitement for what she does. Tom Holmes Woodland Park CO

I live in a remote area with no office supply stores within 45 miles. I needed copy paper for my office and order a case. The cardboard box looked like someone played football with it. Top lid was not even seated properly all of the 10 reams inside were opened on both ends and ratty. Will have to rethink another purchase.

This is the only kind of paper that I use. Copies always come out clear. And I use a lot of it on orojects.

This paper is noticeably thinner than the last of my other 20# paper. Now I have 10 reams to go through before buying a better product. You get what you pay for even if it's advertised as what you think you're getting!

I've been buying this product by the case for years. It works well in Inkjet and Laser printers. No problems with jamming or misfeeds.
