better to buy it at the store

The wrapping on the individual packets of paper were torn - and the paper doesn't feel as thick as what I've purchased at the store even though it is supposed to be the same. This happened once before when I ordered it online. I won't do this again.

I had password problems and ordering problems then had questions about the rebate. It seems to have worked out OK but felt the online purchasing and rebate process created unnecessary confusion for me. I've used this paper for several years now and find it adequate for everyday law office work but not for high quality long-term legal documents (e.g. contracts wills etc.).

This product happened to be on sale at the same time that I had a rebate from my used ink cartridges better timing I could not have asked for. Qualtiy that I needed at an amazing deal.
