The paper is thin and curls if left in printer. OK for everyday use but not for business letters.

I order Staples Multipurpose Paper Cases on a monthly basis and I never have any issues with it jamming or giving me any problems. I have used it in several different types of machines and it works like a charm in each machine. This particular case is 8-1/2 inches x 11 inches but I order the 11 inch x 17 inch as well and they are just as good as any other brand I have tried. The price is usually better than the other brands as well and Staples quite often tends to have a sale on it which makes it even more of a value for any company.
