We have been getting our paper from a small business for years and maybe their paper was SUPER HIGH QUALITY and that's what we were used to in the office because staples brand paper is mediocre. We all noticed the difference in thickness and brightness. We will go back to buying small business for our multipurpose paper. There was nothing wrong with staples paper. It does everything paper should do. We will continue to use until it runs out.

My Brother printer just loves this paper. No jamming or loading 2-3 pages at a time. Good quality. My one complaint is I wish it were less expensive. And for those people who have complained about the "paper being too lightweight" look at the weight located on the outside of the package/box. This item is 20lb. If you want something heavier you need to go up in weight.

Never a problem with product as long as you never need anything by a deadline. Not only will it not be on time but you won't have a realistic way of knowing when it will be delivered until it shows up.
