The copy paper is a good quality paper. The only problem is the advertising. The trademark "Tru Red" is misleading. It gives the impression that the paper is colored red and is not white. What does the trade mark "Tru Red" mean to the customer besides it being red in color? I returned the box back to Staples and ask the customer service people to open the box to see what color is the paper. If it was obvious they would not have opened the box and removed the inner ream wrapper. The paper it turns out was white. Maybe the trademark should read "Tru White" instead of "Tru Red". Does that make sense?
