Product Great - Delivery Questionnable

Paper came w/rebate (still working on rebate) plus coupon....so price was right. However UPS damaged product by dropping heavy paper in front of the door on concrete. My wife could not get the door open as the paper too heavy and blocked the door! Later found box had broke open and paper was damaged. (At least 2 of ten interior packages.) Could not catch driver to explain as he never rang bell. Luckily we heard thud when he dropped the box or she could not have left thru front door! It took both of us from inside to push open door blocked with paper.

The paper that I purchased was a great deal. We use copy paper on a daily bases and getting this item for free after the rebate was great.
