rebate problem

After several tries and taking the rebate to the store twice I could not get the rebate to work. Two store people tried it would not work so I returned the product.

Great paper if they deliver the correct item

Have used this paper for years. It's bright without being too bright. But my latest shipment delivered the wrong paper type. Guess the warehouse wasn't paying attention that day. Rep said it had happened to others today too.
