Unpleased with delivery

Delivery unsatisfactory; instructions were for me to be available to sign for delivery; doorbell was not even rung; box needed repair with duct tape before unloading 1 ream at a time to get whole thing into house; 2 reams had torn wrapper; have not yet started using paper but will very soon; I expect it will be okay because 20 weight is what I usually use.

Staples had a great deal on the case. No difference from Hammermill or other brands for the same type of paper.

I bought this paper due to quality and affordability. I need to get a rebate but was told the rebate receipt would come to me on line. I have not found that receipt.

It's paper

I picked up this case at a local Staples because it had an amazing rebate to go with it. The paper itself is good paper but I've never had bad multipurpose paper. The weight and the brightness is everything it says it is and I'm just glad to have lots of it for a great price. The reason for an above average rating (4 stars) is because of the price with the rebate.
