If possible DO NOT accept Rebates. It takes forever to receive. Take the discount in cash. Also reaching a live person in Staples to explain dissatisfaction is virtually imposslbe

Paper is pretty much paper and this Staples case was priced right with a rebate which we took advantage of. Still awaiting the rebate though!
