Staples copy paper is always works great

We are a church and have been using Staples copy paper for a number of years now. Ever since Staples started the ink recycling rewards and 5% rewards on all purchases programs we use the rewards to purchase all of our copy paper and have never had a problem Weather it be multi purpose or general purpose paper we have never had a negative response from any of our congregational members who use this paper in our copy machine. We utilize the extra discounts that Staple sends to us for being a premier rewards customer with the rewards to make it a rewarding experience for the church and Staples both.

Paper is perfect for reports printing emails and even graphing. It works for both my copier and my deskjet printer. As a bonus it usually cost less than "branded" paper and it seems that their is always a sale or rebate attached to these reams.

Can't grade someething I havent used BUT

I can not rate this product BUT I can rate the service and delivery. I ordered this case of paper before I was completly out of stock and wasn't realy in a rush but i was given a delivery date and near the end of that date was given another date the next day. OK I wasn't out of paper but was expecting delivery and stayed close to home that whole day. Next day mid day the delivery truck pulled up and I met the driver at the rear of the truck to save him a couple of steps. He was busy recording numbers off the box but I noticed he turned the case away from my view. I walked to his other side and saw that he was shielding the faact that the case was damaged. I turned it around and examined the case and it appeared that one ream of paper had been bent so I figured I had spent two days to get the product I would accept it rather than wait for another delivery. I opened the box when I got into the house as I said it was demaged but not to the point I wont be able to use it as long as I watch the direction I feed it in the printer and take note of how it works on auto-two side printing. To be fair to the driver he did offer to return this case and return with another which I rejected. I looked into the truck and there were no more of this colored boxes present I mention this as a reminder to be carefull with merchandise as delivery costs cut into the profit structure of any business.
