Mis-represented pricing

Purchased the paper at a supposed price of $9.99 which was an incredible value. However the checkout process was horrible and my final price was going to be almost $20. One clerk was too busy calling over to my cashier to listen to the question about the coupon. PLUS I did not know about the error until I return home (15 miles) since they automatically emailed my receipt.. Had to make a trip to return product. Staples needs to train staff or train staff to listen to a question before assuming they have the answer. Who knows if the product is any good.

I loved the rebate that came with this!

I purchased this case of paper because it came with a $30 rebate. The rebate was very easy to apply for because Staples took me to the correct screens so I didn't have to mail a thing... Shipping was FREE and I received my paper in 2 days! I'll be watching for other rebates. Staples is my go to store!
