Not so good paper

Paper feeds fine in HP Color Laser printer. However printing show very light gray shadow on blk and white and color printer. Changed toner cartridge and same issue. Use paper designed for laser printers not this one. Staples Multipurpose paper is truly not for multipurpose that is if you want clean prints. The good thing about the paper was that there was a $34 rebate which was not printed at the register and I had to call customer service which was not a pleasant experience as they tried to invalidate my rebate. I was ready to return the paper and be done with Staples. Then the rep. decided I would get the rebate since I told them it was advertised in the sale ad. Be careful of what you buy at staples as the quality may not be what you expect and customer service was atrocious.

Product is used daily in a small office in laser and inkjet copiers and fax machines. Paper is a nice bright white and perfect for muliple uses.

It's paper - what's not to love?

There is nothing terribly special about Staples' paper but there is a lot to say about the frequent coupons another deals on paper that I get from Staples via email by being a Rewards Member. The cost of paper can be prohibitive if you use a lot and the buy one/get one sales and other coupons keep me coming back to Staples for my supply.
