I like the bright white color but the paper is so see-through it kind of defeats the purpose of buying bright white. I suppose that you get what you pay for because this costs a lot less than brand name paper like Hammermill. We use this paper in the office but at home I use Hammermill because it's so much better.

Quality paper at a competitive price

I've used this brand of paper for years. It's very consistent in surface and absorption. It does not bleed when used with my inkjet all-in-one. I'd use different quality for finished photos but for overall check on photo cropping etc business work this is a very good value. While I don't waste paper I'm not too concerned when I have to re-print something. It has never jammed in either regular or two-sided print jobs. '

Be careful of Staples Multipurpose Paper 8 1/2 x 11 carton!

Paper is great and I would have given it 5 stars except the box is terrible! Started to fall apart as soon as I took off the lid and there were no hand holes for carrying that heavy load. I had to unload it at the door and carry ream by ream to my office. And I always love to re-use the Staples paper case boxes for storage. Disappointed!
I don’t see any difference using this paper that is tailored for color. Unless this paper is on sale and you are getting a good deal buying it—I would not bother. There is no difference between regular paper and this color pinter paper.
