Staples in Saratoga Springs is a first class outgit. I feel a little foolsh submitting a r3eveiw for one package of cheap paper. Why can I get special deals if I order by phone and have things delivered but I pay more if I take the trouble to go in to the store?

I haven't had any problems with the paper. It does what I need. I primarily use it for black and white handouts for students. The price and quality is the best thing because I have to pay for the printing and paper. Handouts are not provided.

I don't understand when the paper is delivered the wrapping paper of each ream is so thin that it tears and some of the paper is so wrinkled that when it goes through the copy machine it jams. The wrinkled paper has to be thrown out and that is a loss of paper and money. When purchasing the paper at the store it is wrapped in a nice sort of plastic wrap and it keeps the paper nice and wrinkle free. When I go to the Staple store there is only one or two reams of paper that is 8.5" x 14" blue paper on the shelf. When asked if there is any more the standard answer is "I don't think so".
