Paper is great but why plastic wrap?

No magic here... this is good quality legal size paper and works flawlessly in my HP 8600 Officejet printer. I think that it's quite expensive for only 500 sheets of paper and would probably look for other vendors if I had to buy a lot of this size. Staples: Why do you take a great recycleable product like paper and then wrap it in plastic that most places will not take for recycling? Why not wrap it in paper like so many other vendors do? Aside from that the product does what you would expect it to do. Hold ink lays flat feeds true.

Ink does not smear on paper as it processes through the printer. I have not found it jamming any where near as ofter as other paper products that I have used in times past and it appears to hold it's share pretty well in different types of weather and/or climate. Overall I continue to choose this product over more expensive products. I think value vs. performance is not compromised to an uncomfortable extent in the use of this product. I do recommend it. The only negative is the mil weight of the product. If it could be just a bit more it would increase the value of the product to where any decision about similar higher priced products would not even be a question.
