The wrapping on the individual packets of paper were torn - and the paper doesn't feel as thick as what I've purchased at the store even though it is supposed to be the same. This happened once before when I ordered it online. I won't do this again.
The Staples Multipurpose paper is a good choice for printing. I use it for printing jobs for both work and home. The paper is good enough quality for formal letter writing crafts and printing coupons from the Internet. The paper does not jam up my printer and that is important. Staples usually offers this paper inexpensively with a coupon or even a Staples Easy Rebate. So check the weekly ad for offers and also the coupons at Staples.com It's located on the Web site by clicking the Deals dropdown arrow.
I usually try to buy HP paper for my HP printer because I've had some difficulty with other brands ranging from mild to serious. One brand constantly jams my printer while another produces inferior output. Staples brand is my second choice only because it has a tendency to grab multiple pages to print one page. I then have to take the blank pages from the output and reload them into my paper cassette. HP printers can be fussy about re-loaded paper but the 6700 seems fine with it. The Black Friday deal made it a no-brainer for me. Now I'm just waiting for my rebate :-))
Paper is good quality. I am suppose d to get a rebate in the mail but I am very bad about following up with rebates. Of corse I have yet to file for it. The paper was supposed to cost me one cent for up to four packages but like I said I am not good at remembering to file for the rebate. Hippefully I will be able to convince a friend to help me with it.
