I am pleased with the quality of the paper and the pricing of the paper. It is reasonably priced most times getting a rebate back.

Staples Paper

The Staples copy paper seems to work as well as any other paper that I purchase from an office supply company. I normally purchase boxes of paper but sometimes individual reams if they are on sale or there is a rebate offer available at such time. The guy from my copier company says that some lower quality paper will cause more problems and more jams in our copier. I believe that the Staples brand works find in my copier and in the officer printers and in the office fax machine -- I use it for all three of those types of machines.

My wife and I use this paper for the majority of our needs. It is the correct weight and thickness and works easily in our printer. We use it for important documents as well as for boarding passes and copies of our hotel and motel reservations and maps (Google) for my wife (AAA map challenged). It's great for recipes that my wife wants to save and for letters that I type up for personal and professional correspondence. And our HP printer produces good quality color prints for various items.

Why buy any other? Used to buy other brands-especially HP- because they were always recommended by the printer manufacturer. Staples paper serves the same purpose same quality as the brand names and at a better price

Staples Multipurpose Paper is excellent for our HP Laser printer; it feeds well without jamming; the whiteness provides good contrast with the black ink/toner. We use a lot of paper to print word processing documents but also I make inserts for card making with Staples Multipurpose Paper. The inserts look rich and they are durable.

Don't waste your money on name brands

I've been using Staples Multipurpose 8.5 x 11 paper for years and have been one hundred percent satisfied! There's no reason to pay a premium price for TOP BRANDS because Staples paper is just as good. As a matter of fact I think it's BETTER. I use an INK JET PRINTER and when I use STAPLES multipurpose paper it appears as though the ink dries quicker and crisper. Don't be fooled by NAME BRANDS who boast that their paper is the best. I recommend you try Staples and save yourself some money and be even happier with their product!
