I live this paper! It never james and the print quality is good. I am a frequent shopper at staples and this product is always available. I use a lot of paper to print contracts and this paper does the job!

Great Product Poor Packaging

I ordered three of these cases of paper using a discount I found on-line. While I normally would never order this quantity normally with the discounts I received I decided I would donate them to my son's school. When they arrived I was shocked at the condition of the boxes. Two of them had the sides completely torn which turned them into a "flap." Some of the reams themselves were even torn but I think the paper itself was spared. The delivery driver offered to have them sent back but I didn't want to take the chance the next time would be worse. If you are going to ship these via UPS or FedEx please improve the box quality--it's not heavy enough to withstand the abuse taken in shipping. I still donated the paper to the school but I was embarrassed by the condition.
