It is a big box of paper. The paper is of good quality and has not jammed in any of the copiers or laser printers in which I have used them.

STAPLES MULTIPURPOSE PAPER 8 1/2" X 11"

This paper is outstanding at a reasonable price. 96 Bright which is perfect for copying and printing. It is also 20 lb which is nice for typical office work. It's a "heavy" 20 lb which means that it is durable. It doesn't act like a 20lb paper but more like a 24lb paper. I have used this paper for years and am very happy with it. I have never had any typical problems like paper jams. We use it with the fax machine copier and two different printers. And each machine is a different manufacturer. This paper delivers excellent-quality sharp images and printing every time! Highly recommend this paper!
