For the price Staples Multipurpose paper is a good deal. We have purchased this for years with no jamming problems in the printer and paper quality is good.

Staples Multi Purpose paper meets my expectations for my general needs for printing and writing both personal and business copies and letters . I have a Canon printer and find that the paper takes color printing very well. I have very few problems with jamming which has occurred more with other brands. It competes nicely with Hammermill or Epson brand paper and thus I am more likely to reach for the Staples Multi Purpose after experimenting with different brands and with other printer brands as well.

We use staples paper for the copier machine at church. We use about 10 cases a year. To help the churches budget it really helps the budget when Staples offers the rebates that helps us save money. We also purchase the yearly calender for the church office dry eraser markers for the calender that hangs on the wall pencils for our Kids programs at church and other craft supplies for the Sunday mornings. The Downey store employees have been very helpful thru out these past years. We will continue to shop at the Downey store.

Just what I expected

When I bought this ream of paper I was hoping for 500 pieces of some flat rectangular sheets of pressed wood pulp bleached to a whitish color. What I got in this product was some of the flattest whitest and most rectangular pieces of pressed wood pulp imaginable. The box indicated the sheets would be 8 1/2 by 11 inches. I measured about thirty of the sheets in the pack and every one of them was spot-on. Great quality control! If I have one complaint it's about the weight. The box said this was 20-pound paper. However I weighed several of the sheets and not a single one of them came anywhere close to being twenty pounds. Heck -- they were not even a single ounce. That's probably just as well though. I've got some thirty and forty pages reports that would have required some heavy-lifting if this paper actually lived up to the listed value. Overall -- great product. I'd buy more in a heartbeat.
