I received excellent help in the store and the clerk assisted in calling for help to load the box of paper into my automobile. They were very courteous pleasant and professional. I appreciated the offer of a rebate with this product as I use a ton of paper weekly for my job.

Paper gets 5 stars service One star

I went into Staples in Silver Spring to purchase the mini case of paper and instead purchased two ( 2) reams. After standing in line for 15 minutes I left. I returned again to purchase the mini ream and after standing in line without a cart (couldn't find one) I decided to just purchase the 2 reams. When asked about the receipt which is needed for rebate and informed that it was sent to my email. When I got home I noticed that I had not received receipt and not information about the rebate. I contacted store spoke with someone ( had to ask twice if I was speaking to manager. I first received a duplicate receipt called the store ( not one picked up) and about an hour later received and was able to submit rebate. This was my first visit to this store and I would think twice before returning. Service is pretty poor.

I've been purchasing this paper for awhile now and it's been one of the greatest values in the store! I go through about a ream every month or so and I can say with all honesty that not only does this paper not jam my HP Office Jet 8620 printer but the 96 brightness and 20 lb weight gives it a rich feel and color prints seem to illuminate off the page!!! And the best thing of all is the fact that every so often Staples runs a promotion where after rebates and a rewards/membership coupon you can usually buy this ream for 1 penny!!! If that isn't the best deal in the store I don't know what is. I highly recommend this Staples brand paper inexpensive but great quality!!!
