Staples Multipurpose Paper

I keep membership records for a non-profit and do a lot of printing of membership lists for various meetings and events. As a non-profit we look to keep our spending to a minimum so I like to try to get supplies when they are on sale. This paper is great for the purposes that I need it for. With Easy Rebate it is almost free which is absolutely great when you are volunteering for a non-profit. I have had no issues using it with my printer and am extremely satisfied with the quality for the price paid.

Paper for Mulitipurposes

Our church and nonprofit community outreach organization uses at least two cases every 3 months. We tried several brands and come to conclusion that the Staples Brand was in the top percentage of paper that did not jam our machines both office and home printers. The brightness of the paper enables our presentations to have a more professional look. The weight of the paper is important with regards to not crumbling or being saturated with water or any liquids that may spill accidentally. Also we appreciate the Affordability of Staples pricing for their paper.and hopes that it will continue moving forward.

We are not a paperless society. Staples multipurpose paper meets all of my qualifications for an everyday paper quality. Stores are located conveniently staff have always been courteous and prices with rewards are a bonus.

Staples Multipurpose Paper

I bought a ream of the Staples Multipurpose Paper 8 1/2" by 11" to use in my Canon PIXMA MX410 printer. The paper is much brighter than the usual paper I have bought in the past. I think it is a much better quality paper too. I mainly bought it because there was a rebate offer at the time. That was a good incentive for me to try it. Now I like it so much I will probably continue to buy it from now on. I use my Staples rewards card to make my purchases too. If I had room for storage I would buy a case of this paper especially if it is on sale.

Great copy paper!

We have an accounting firm and use this copy paper and have never had a problem with it jamming in the machine. Very good quality at a low cost!
