This paper works just as well in my printer as the more expensive brand.

The paper is great. It works very well with homework papers printing orders off the computer work documents with multi-color printing fonts and pictures. Processing the rebate on the computer is the most complicated gimic. You have to remember your password from 2 years ago. You send an email requesting help and they don't bother. I think Staples is spending too much time acquiring other businesses and not interested in keeping the customers that helped them to grow. You offer all these sales but you don't want to honor them.

Very happy with the purchase. I am accumulating paper for a local elementary school. I hope to save enough paper for them for a sizable Christmas gift. Staples easy rebate program makes it very easy for me to accumulate the paper and I actually receive the rebate in a very timely basis. The submission is also very quick and easy. There is no discernable difference between the Staples or a national brand paper from my experience. I have equal instances (very few) of paper being jammed in the printer.

Great quality paper for price. doesn't jam printer. Just wish that staples would deduct the price at checkout rather than No hassle rebates so that you don't have to take the extra step or pay taxes on the entire price before the rebate.
