I was able to purchase four reams of this paper for the retail tax only plus four cents. This was a great deal for a great product. If you total it all up and round it off including the stamp used for the rebate request the four reams of multipurpose paper cost me about a dollar. The 8 1/2" X 11" paper is bright enough and heavy enough for any of my purposes. I am using the paper in my home office with only occasional prints and copies therefore these four reams of paper will keep me up and going for some time. I will be shopping Staples for many other office and home supplies in the future.
I work out of the home in a position that consumes a high volume of paper. Thus I need an economical paper that is capable of high volume. The Staples Multipurpose Paper meets those needs. I do not feel as though I am being sold a product I don't need. I simply need paper that will take the print job and allow it to be marked up. This paper is not a "bright white". It is not a slick paper. It has a bit of texture to it which makes it easier to flip through the pages of the lengthy documents that I work on every day. Not once have I received a paper cut from this paper. This is not the paper that you would use to make an impression. It is simply a workhorse paper.
