Versatile and dependable

This Staples paper is a great versatile everyday paper with a nice brightness. I am a graphic designer. I use it for administrative printing as well as design roughs. There are no curling issues. I have fewer jams with this paper and two-sided printing is dependable with very little show-through and no ink bleeding. Plain black text with my Epson photo inkjet printer has nice contrast and crispness even with small 7-point serif type.. It handles photographs graphics line art and and type equally well. Blacks are bold with good contrast on back and white printing. Grayscale continuous tone and halftone prints retain a full range of tones without looking dull. Colors look vibrant and true on this paper.

this paper has a really good feel to it - a surprisingly good feeling of weight and quality to it considering it's a 20lber; and as good as any regular store-branded ream of similar price.
